Congressional Committee to Hear TCPA Reform Legislation

A U.S. House subcommittee is taking up legislation to amend the TCPA in a hearing scheduled for Friday of this week. The bill would allow the use of auto-dialers to ring cell phones for non-solicitation calls (like collection calls).
